Water Hyacinth and Water Lettuce Have Arrived for Spring

  We just received a small shipment of water hyacinth and water lettuce (aka shellflower) for the first time this spring.  These are wonderful for surface coverage on the pond, for veggie filtration, or just to add some extra beauty.  These plants do best in established ponds and usually prefer filtered sun or shade, but sometimes they surprise us.  Hyacinth and water lettuce do not winter over in our climate, but they multiply very quickly so just a few can go a long way.  Currently we sell them for $3.50 each or 3 for $10.00 and you can mix the two varieties.
